The owners purchased the boat in early 2023 and invested heavily to make it exceptionally beautiful. However, the distance from their home in Germany is too great, and they don’t use the boat often enough. With regret, they have decided to sell it.

The Mermaid is very spacious and cleverly and fully equipped with all the bells and whistles, and is for sale with the lease on the mooring in Lelystad included. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION AT THE END OF THE JETTY IN A CHARMING HARBOR WITH VIEWS OF NATURE AND WATER.
There are two Mermaid boats: Mermaid 1 and Mermaid 2. The boats share a central dock leading to the side entrance of the boat. A very nice and clever design. The boats are mirror images of each other but otherwise have the same layout. The boat for sale is moored in the most attractive spot, free-floating on the outer side.
The concrete hull is very strong, requires no maintenance or cleaning, and is extremely stable and smooth even in choppy water.

The boat’s layout is very clever and cozy. A beautiful, spacious living area with a kitchen unit serving as a partition. And at the rear, two spacious rooms: one bedroom with beds measuring 160 by 2 meters. The other room is identical and can also be converted into a bedroom. The current owners have turned it into a luxurious additional sitting/office area. You enter the boat from the side. The front decks have awnings. The view is impressive. The boats are built by the highly experienced houseboat builder HT-Houseboats but exclusively designed by Beiler-Kreativ.
The boat may not be rented out commercially but is fantastic for (long-term) recreational use. The boats can be used and/or lived in year-round (winterized). (Registration for permanent residence is not possible.) In May 2024, the houseboat’s front deck was renovated. And in 2024–2025, the interior and decks were given an extra facelift.
