Omschrijving Nelson Halmatic Pilot 40 FT

Die Nelson Pilot 40 ist eines der kultigsten Lotsenboote, die je entworfen wurden. (Entwurf: Arthur Mursell und gebaut von Halmatic UK) Das Schiff ist 12 Meter lang, der Rumpf besteht aus sehr starkem Fiberglas (GFK) und der Aufbau aus Aluminium. Das Schiff wurde früher zur Beförderung von Menschen zu und von Schiffen auf See eingesetzt. Das Schiff ist daher ideal für große und raue Gewässer geeignet und eignet sich hervorragend für längere Fahrten. Außerdem ist das Schiff innen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet: Steuerhaus, Küche, neue Dusche/Toilette, Sitzecke, 2 feste Kojen und 2 zusätzliche Kojen in der Kajüte. Zwei sehr starke Dieselmotoren Cummins 150 KW / 204 PS.
